Over dit event
Welcome
Come into a space for touch and connection, where you can explore conscious, caring contact in your own time and without pressure. In a warm and loving atmosphere, you are invited to feel out your boundaries and notice what feels good to you. New friendships may grow here, and the people you meet can help you come closer to yourself through presence and touch.
A little reminder: booking early brings lovely summer discounts. You can find the current offers below.
WHAT HAPPENS?
7:00-7:30pm: Arrive, say hello, ground yourself and set an intention for your own experience.
7:30-9:45pm: The cuddle workshop moves through an introduction, trust, boundaries, exploring touch, partner exercises, cuddles in small groups and a cuddle pile.
9:45-10:00pm: We take time to integrate and close together.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Many of us enjoy being touched and cuddling, yet it does not happen as often as we would like. And for many people, a hug can bring insecurity or fear. If you want to explore your own boundaries in a playful, approachable way, you are welcome here. Nothing is required of you. Touch with consent can support wellbeing and ease stress, bringing us closer to ourselves and one another. You might ask yourself: can I make my boundaries and longings known?
INTIMACY LEVEL
WHITE means conscious, caring touch above clothing. We do not move into erotic energy, and touching is always optional.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Tea, water infused with fruit or herbs, juices, and energising sweet and savoury snacks and small bites are provided.
START WHERE YOU ARE
If this gathering feels like a big step, Feeling Your Yes offers a softer way in. This monthly gathering in Gent explores consent, boundaries and awareness of the nervous system. Individual sessions are also available if you would like to grow more confident before joining a group.
OUR GATHERING IS AN ACT OF COLLECTIVE POWER AND HEALING
This is work that is personal as well as collective. Together, we practise noticing our intuition, our boundaries and our nervous system. In a world that can pull us away from our bodies and quiet our voices, gathering this way is an act of collective power and healing.
WHAT WE COMMIT TO
This space is guided by consent and informed by trauma awareness. I facilitate with care for the ways trauma can be held in our bodies, and I put structures in place to support safety, choice and agency. I am always learning, and I welcome feedback.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
You know yourself best: you are the expert on your body and your boundaries. Please honour what feels true for you, whether that means taking a step back, having a pause or leaving. There is no shame in any of that. If something feels wrong, tell me or a spaceholder. Your wellbeing remains your responsibility.
OUR SHARED COMMITMENT
Healing does not follow a straight path. At times, what we need may involve discomfort, vulnerability or meeting the edges of what feels possible. We bring intention, care and honesty to the work, and we hold one another accountable with kindness when something goes awry.
ACCESSIBILITY & INCLUSION
This workshop welcomes LGBTQI+ and BIPOC participants, as well as neurodivergent people. You are welcome to take part if you have a disability or are ill.
If you are new, you are welcome to join with curiosity and a reasonable sense of grounding. For a gentler first step, the monthly Feeling Your Yes gathering offers an accessible foundation. If you are currently moving through significant vulnerability, grief or trauma, individual sessions can help you build capacity before group work.
I want to listen to what you need and explore together what may be possible. Letting me know early helps us prepare, and I will be honest about our limits. If you can bring extra support for yourself, such as a trusted friend, a professional assistant, grounding tools or particular practices, that can help us make the space sustainable for everyone.
INTIMACY LEVELS
True Intimacy workshops are mostly in the white category: caring, conscious touch above clothing, without erotic energy. Most offerings take place clothed.

ABOUT PIERO
Piero uses no pronouns and describes themself as polysensual, pancurious, genderqueer, a justice seeker and a mystic lover. Piero lives and works in Ghent as a trauma-informed, body-oriented intimacy coach, cuddle workshop facilitator and embodied changemaker.
Piero creates group spaces that feel safe, warm and alive, inviting transformation and healing. Their hope is to inspire people to approach intimacy more consciously and, together, to loosen taboos, blockages, violence and trauma. Piero dreams of a world where care for oneself and becoming more fully oneself belong alongside love, justice, equality and solidarity.
I know that I carry privileges and old and present-day wounds, and I pay attention to how these might cause harm or put others at a disadvantage. I have blind spots, as everyone does, and I welcome feedback, reflection and the chance to make things right. Drawing on my life experience, I am creating a space for safety, transformation and connection, where you can feel at home.
