The Art of Sacred Beholding Module 2

The Art of Sacred Beholding: Lila Technology & Embodied Holistic Leadership — Module 2 invites participants into a concentrated, practical immersion where embodiment replaces rote instruction. This module trains facilitators to become living channels: to sense and move group energy, hold sacred container and steer processes through presence, breath and tantric kriyas.

Focus
Understanding how group energy behaves, how to create and maintain sacred space, and how emotional and energetic processes surface in a group setting.

Format
Each module runs over four days and three nights, a compact environment to practice and integrate at pace.

Objective
To deepen your capacity to embody the teaching itself — to carry sacred knowledge, read subtle layers of group energy, and apply somatic and esoteric tools that lift your facilitation from technique to transmission.

Who is this for
Participants are teachers, workshop leaders, facilitators and coaches who hold workshops, retreats or seminars for couples and groups. Expect a blend of psychological and somatic framing, ritual and tantric techniques designed to help you hold transformative experiences, sustain your own energy, and craft embodied aftercare for participants.

What to expect

• Theoretical foundations and practical exercises exploring Prana, time and space alongside life lessons and karmic patterns
• Clear definitions of sacred knowledge and practices to connect with source energy and timelines
• Tantra kriya yoga asanas and kriyas adapted to maneuver intention and group energy
• Training the teacher to act as a channel: expanding energy pillars and receiving channeled information
• Empathic methods to read and balance energy using breathwork and kriyas
• Practical embodiment methods and activation practices (three kundalinis, pineal activation) to develop subtle perception
• Designing group rituals and practices for the Divine Play (Lila)

Your facilitator
Anand Rudra guides this module. Trained in shamanic and tantric lineages, Anand combines academic knowledge with long immersion in tribal rituals (Olmecs, Aztecs, Balinese, Dravid, Siberian, Filipino and Maya traditions). Raised in a Mexican shamanic family tradition, he studied shamanism, tantra, tarot, psychomagic, symbolism and sacred geometry. Anand holds advanced academic degrees and a Ph.D., has designed over 150 workshops on tantra and sacred sexuality, is known for his work with men’s sacred sexuality, and is part of the faculty at Connection University in the Netherlands. He is also a Certified Yoga Alliance teacher (YACEP) and affiliated with Arhanta Yoga School System.

Venue
The Conscious Castle — a restored 13th-century castle turned retreat centre, with modern amenities (floor heating, double glazing and an elevator) while retaining its medieval character. The castle’s courtyard and U-shape with five towers give a strong sense of containment and security. Located at the end of a quiet dead-end road at the edge of Verlaine, it is surrounded by nature and fields for contemplative walks. Travel times given by the venue: Brussels and its airport ~55 minutes west, Liège airport ~15 minutes and Liège city ~25 minutes east, nearest train station Waremme ~15 minutes north.
