The Art of Sacred Beholding Module 1

The Art of Sacred Beholding — Module 1 offers a concentrated four-day, three-night immersion that trains teachers, facilitators and coaches to recognise, create and sustain sacred space for transformative group work. Across four days you practise holding group energy, tending emotional processes and steering subtle energetic dynamics with clarity and ethical presence. The curriculum blends tantric practices, breath techniques and pranic principles to develop grounding, centered facilitation and somatic sensitivity.

What this module teaches
Practical frameworks for sacred space and energy recycling; the role and ritual use of an altar; kriyas, tantra yoga and breathwork to enliven the subtle system; and embodied tools for holding emotional and energetic material in groups. You will explore grounding and centering practices for facilitators, methods from Lila Theory and the Theory of Mirrors, and techniques to transmute energy while guiding a workshop. The training also includes practices to activate intuition and the pineal gland and to expand empathic energy-awareness in the body.

Who it's for
This intensive is aimed at teachers, workshop leaders, facilitators and coaches who regularly hold workshops, seminars or retreats for couples or groups and want concrete, embodied skills for leading transformational experiences. Expect a mix of theoretical framing and hands-on practice, plus tools for self-care after facilitation.

Structure
Each module runs four days and three nights; Module 1 focuses on acknowledging and holding the power of sacred space. The three modules making up the full training can be taken in any order and dates for additional modules will be announced when available.

Facilitator
Anand Rudra leads the module. Raised within Mexican shamanic and esoteric lines and trained across many tribal and tantric traditions, he combines academic training and deep ritual experience. Anand has designed over 150 tantra workshops, teaches men’s sacred sexuality, is part of the Connection University faculty in the Netherlands, and holds recognised yoga teaching credentials.

Venue
The module takes place at The Conscious Castle, a restored 13th-century castle with modern comforts, located at the edge of Verlaine and surrounded by nature. The setting supports short or longer walks around the grounds and offers a contained, secure atmosphere conducive to deep group work.
