Erlebnisraum: an experimental space where reality becomes play

The Erlebnisraum is a living lab for inner work. Here we don't talk about patterns. We create situations where you can see them, feel them and live them in a new way.

Together with Veronique and Robert you step into consciously designed scenes. Think of them as emotional laboratories where you can explore your edges in a safe, guided and experimental setting.

Maybe you want to face jealousy. Maybe you'd love to feel confident in the middle of a room full of people. Someone else wants to find out what it means to be seen, to express anger, to allow desire or to finally say no.

These scenes are not performances. They are real experiences, created and held by the group with consent and care. Everyone moves at their own pace while the whole group holds the space.

What it can look like

• Being held by several people at once while you simply breathe
• Walking toward someone and walking away again, and noticing that you are free
• Playing a freeze game where only you keep the scene alive
• Laughing, crying or shouting without anyone finding it strange
• Moving through the room with your eyes closed while the group keeps you safe

You bring your topic, wish or challenge. The group helps make it possible, always with consent. Sometimes simply naming it is enough for a first time.

In the Erlebnisraum you don't need to be perfect. Honest is enough.

It is also a gentle first step into our coaching work. You get a feel for how we work and what it can change for you, without committing to a long individual programme.

Inclusivity and polarities
People of all genders and identities are welcome. In some formats we work with masculine and feminine polarities as energetic qualities, not biological categories. They exist in everyone. You are welcome exactly as you are.

About Veronique and Robert
Veronique and Robert are a couple. For more than 20 years their own relationship has been a practice ground for connection, distance, consciousness, personal leadership and intimacy. Together with their trainings, this has become embodied knowledge they bring into the room.

Robert holds space for openness and growth and has worked for years alongside bodyworkers, tantra coaches and sex educators.
