The Relational First Aid Circle: Live Guidance for Love, Sex & Relationships

Hybrid session: on site at TRIBALYS in Ghent and online via live stream.

Modern dating, relationship difficulties, sexuality and communication blocks can bring up questions that do not necessarily call for a long, intensive 1-on-1 coaching journey. Sometimes something has come up right now, or a question is burning in you, and you want an honest, experienced and embodied perspective.

The Relational First Aid Circle is TRIBALYS' recurring drop-in space for group coaching and questions. Come for direct clarity, practical ways forward and the wisdom that grows when we share, at a pace and on terms that work for you. Join us in person in Ghent for the full embodied atmosphere, or drop in online from home.

What we explore

• First aid for relationships: Find immediate clarity when conflict, emotional distance or arguments that keep returning leave you feeling stuck.
• Ways to communicate: Practise expressing what you need, setting clear boundaries and meeting difficult conversations with presence.
• Sexuality and intimacy: Make space for blocks around intimacy, differences in desire, and exploring conscious touch and connection.
• Relationship models and dynamics: Look at monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, dating fatigue, and masculine and feminine polarity.

This may be for you if

• You have a specific question about dating, your relationship or patterns around intimacy, and want guidance without committing to 1-on-1 coaching.
• You appreciate support that is flexible and easy to access, so you can join when a situation comes up and you need clarity.
• You learn through hearing other people's real-life questions, and notice that their experiences can spark insights into your own relationships.
• You are curious about how we work with presence, polarity and conscious relating at TRIBALYS before choosing to take a deeper step.

How it works

This is an interactive, 60-minute live circle. We meet live at our holistic centre TRIBALYS in Ghent, and the circle is streamed at the same time via an interactive live stream. Online ticket holders receive the joining link in a message before the session.

There is no pressure to speak. Bring your question to the circle, or simply listen and take in what resonates. For sensitive subjects such as sexuality and relationship struggles, you may also send your question ahead of time through the question box without sharing your name. Every session is held with strict group confidentiality.
