Chefs Weekend October 23 - 25, 2026

Would you love a weekend centred around food, sharing and relaxed company? Join us from Friday lunch to Sunday dinner at The Conscious Castle, a 13th‑century gem about 55 minutes east of Brussels and 25 minutes west of Liège. This is a co-created retreat: chefs and food lovers bring their knowledge, stories and — most importantly — dishes to the table, so the weekend’s menu becomes a collective feast. Expect to taste 15–25 different creations made by fellow guests.

For a single, excellent price of €150 you stay two nights in either a cosy tower room with ensuite or an authentic farm-style room, enjoy coffee, tea and water on site, and join two musical highlights: Ecstatic Dance on Friday and a surprise musical performance on Saturday. To keep it accessible we ask each guest to contribute one or two dishes to share (details on portions to follow). If you prefer not to cook, you’re still warmly welcome — in that case an extra €50 applies (total €200).

Practical details: the gathering starts with lunch on Friday 23 October and wraps up after dinner on Sunday 25 October; start and finish times can be flexible.
